[opensuse-m17n] Noto Serif CJK is out!

Hi, list,

Can any one please update google-noto-fonts to include the new
released Noto Serif CJK?

I tried but I have a network issue...google is hard to visit in my
region...so a 447 + 125 + 87 mb
update is not possible from my side.

Hi,

BTW, I see google-noto-fonts still used the SuperOTC...and the font
names are still the old ones.

I remembered there was a discussion here for some new changes.

So any conclusion for the previous discussion?

Can some give a briefing?
