[opensuse-m17n] Drop ghostscript-cjk package?

Hi,

there is a delete request for ghostscript-cjk, and I'd like to ask
anyone still using / requiring this. It seems that the script has
been already broken over ages.

If there is any active user of it, please speak up.

Since no one has objection, I submitted the delete request via
SR#583084.
